Movement
Slam Store Dive // DIFFICULTY: 2.5/10
Dash Jump into the side wall of the starting room and Slam store off the wall. Use the wall jump from the slam store to then wall jump off of the opposite wall from the one used to perform the slam store.
Land close to the center of the door and perform a Dive towards the main building, aiming for breakable at the top of the roof.

Shortly after starting your dive, perform a flick UB aimed towards breakable. For potential additional speed, you can duck boost while flying towards breakable.
Shoot breakable with any alternate variant of the pistol and slam into it.
Instead of instantly doing a Slam Store Dive, you can perform an SSJ. This allows you to get even more horizontal speed and save time. The SSJ Indicator is used to better demonstrate the use of SSJs in this run, please note that this indicator is NOT allowed for runs submitted to SRC.
Jackhammer UB // DIFFICULTY: 4.5/10
With the alternate Core Eject shotgun equipped, shoot and quickly after freeze rocket at the center of the door aimed within the highlighted yellow area pictured below:
Move right all the way until up against the wall and shoot another rocket (while still frozen) aimed at the same level as the previous. Unfreeze and Refreeze the rockets once they are close to the door, but there is still a slight gap.
Re-Center yourself to the door and with the Core Eject Jackhammer out, hold down primary fire and slide. Once you have passed the farthest rocket, do a 180 and perform a Jackhammer UB on the two rockets.
Once you have flown towards Breakable for a short period, perform a UB with the Jackhammer by looking opposite of the direction you want to go, shooting the core, and UBing. For potential additional speed, you can duck boost while flying towards breakable.
Shoot breakable with any alternate variant of the pistol and slam into it.
Instead of instantly doing a regular UB for the second UB, you perform a 35 HP Jackhammer UB. This version of the start is recommended to only be used in FG categories where you would play on a difficulty with 100 HP, as it is slightly slower than a regular UB.
Dawarning UB // DIFFICULTY: 8/10 // FASTEST
Put oil on the right wall and then aim first rocket towards the center of the black rectangle on the exit door. Shoot it and then freeze it right after, only allowing it to move a short distance away from yourself.
Move a bit to the right and place a second rocket slighty diagonally down from the first while still frozen. Unfreeze and then Refreeze the rockets when they are close to the door.
Slam store off the right wall and use the wall jump from it to get to the left wall on top of the curb where the oil was placed. Slide towards the center of the door and 180 towards the rockets and perform a jackhammer UB off the 2 rockets.
After a period of time, you will want to do your second UB. If your angle towards breakable is off angle, you can use this second UB to adjust your angle accordingly.
It's not possible to have a consistent time to do your second UB. This is due to factors such as angle, initial UB speed, and duck boosting. Deciding when to do your second UB will come down to intuition from playing the stage, and the amount you are willing to risk on Duck boost speed.
During the period flying towards breakable, you can perform duck boosting for either potential additional horizontal speed, or, if you are too high above breakable, Duck boost downwards to slighty move your position lower without losing speed.
Break breakable using a Slab variant of any pistol and slam into it as early as possible.
Exit
Backwards Floor FUP // DIFFICULTY: 3/10
While slamming into breakable, do a 180 to face away from the exit door. Freeze the Freezeframe and perform Floor FUP.
Turn around and use the Firestarter to place oil and Slide Jump. Slam into exit.
Jackhammer Exit // DIFFICULTY: 6.5/10 // FASTEST
While slamming into breakable, do a 180 to face away from the exit door and freeze the Freezeframe rocket. Align with the center of the sliding doors yourself, NOT JUST THE CROSSHAIR , as pictured below:

Shoot the frozen rocket and back up towards the exit door. Using the Core Eject Jackhammer, perform a jackhammer UB using the core and rocket. Do a 180 and use the Firestarter rocket launcher to place oil on the ground to preserve your speed. Slam into exit hole.
